Shipping

Shipping costs within the US are a flat $15, regardless of the number of posters you purchase. If you need the poster shipped out of the country, please contact us before bidding.

At Marquee Poster we only use high-quality, sturdy shipping materials. I am a long-time collector so I have experienced first-hand the heartbreak of receiving a damaged poster — far too many times over the years. Rest assured your item will arrive safely and undamaged. When possible, we also combine shipping at no extra cost. We use fully insured, trackable, priority services like USPS Priority/Express, UPS, FedEx, DHL. We will not ship via Airmail or other untraceable services. If any problems do arrive, we will pay for return shipping, refund the purchase and will handle all insurance claims.

Payment

Winning bidders have 7 days to pay for all auction items. All payments will be processed through PayPal or, for posters valued in excess of $10,000, via bank wire transfer. If you would like to combine shipping on more than one item, please send a request with the winning auction numbers.

There is no chance of buyer’s remorse with Marquee Poster! You may return any item for a full refund (less shipping) for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please notify us of your intent to return the item *before* you send it.

If the item arrives damaged, please do not panic -- that is why all items are sent fully insured. Please send us digital photos of the damage to the item as well as damage to the packaging. We always use the best packaging methods and sturdy materials so damage is extremely rare. However, in the rare case it does happen, we will remedy the situation!
