Grade: C4 Very Good. Rolled, single-sided. Theater used poster with moderate handling/surface/edge wear. The poster would grade much, much higher if not for having been torn down after it was originally displayed, which resulted in jagged tears and paper loss along the top edge. There were several other tears around the edges including ~3” tear at the bottom center, several old tape repairs that left residue on the verso which slightly shows through to the front, and the corners of the paper are somewhat stiff from previously been pasted up. Tears were secured with conservation safe acid-free mending tissue and light touch ups were performed with reversible watercolor pencils to improve the appearance. The poster currently presents much nicer than its grade would imply.
