This gorgeous waterfall design is always at or near the top of Marilyn Monroe’s most sought after posters. Niagara was one of Monroe’s only thrillers, blending a big-budget technicolor production with film noir sensibilities. Promotional materials for this film in particular have become all the more iconic as Warhol used a Niagara production still as the basis for his silkscreen Marilyn Diptych made in the weeks after her death in August 1962.
