Girl on a Motorcycle — also known under its more provocative title Naked Under Leather — was product of it’s rebellious time and shares much in common with other motorcycle road movies that preceded (Wild Bunch) and succeeded it (Easy Rider). However, it’s also unique in that it’s a very feminist road film, replacing the leather-jacketed outlaw with a full leather body suit wearing female protagonist in Marianne Faithfull.
This Italian 2-foglio is as provocative as the film with it’s heartthrob co-lead Alain Delon and suggestive unzipping of the signature leather body suit!
