Long before Quentin Tarantino got famous for making homage genre films, John Carpenter eked out a living in the 70s and 80s doing nearly the same thing but with much less fanfare. Big Trouble in Little China was love letter to Hong Kong cinema, especially supernatural martial arts films such as Zu: Warriors from Magic Mountain (1983).
The Japanese B1 is incredibly rare in this larger size and this particular example is rolled and unused!
